Why I made this project
My fascination is piqued by AI avatars, given the quick rise of AI technology. Avatar applications provide a thrilling, lifelike medium for digital self-expression, giving a fresh spin on mundane emojis.
What is an AI Avatar
An AI avatar is a digital representation of a human in a virtual setting. The 'AI' in the term 'AI avatar' indicates that the avatar is powered by artificial intelligence.
Market Research
The claim
The Digital Avatar Market Size was valued at USD 7.55 Billion in 2022 and the Worldwide Digital Avatar Market Size is expected to reach USD 283.47 Billion by 2030
Takeaway
Securing a competitive advantage now can result in substantial expansion and earnings due to its foreseen surge in the near future.

Competitive analysis
I examined three favored Android applications in the niche - revealing some problems other users had noted
Magic AI Avatar

Dawn AI

The majority of applications only offer AI capabilities for generating images, not videos.
One patron noted that the application merely uses an impressive filter instead of employing authentic AI technological solutions.
They offer a variety of filter selections, but the top-tier ones demand an added fee over the premium subscription.
Additionally, the abundance of in-built features and options can often create user confusion.

I carried out this survey within my social circle.
Result
I've chosen the three highest-ranked features from the poll to incorporate into the final design.

Time to start designing!
After going over all my study findings and feature set, I embarked on creating the initial low-fidelity wireframes.
Low-fidelity wireframes
I sketched the basic design screens which would help me in creating digital high-fidelity wireframes.

Next, I created digital versions of these wireframes

High-fidelity UI
Once the wireframes were complete, I started creating a couple of main screens of the app. I started by defining the font and colors.

I began with the homepage and the login/register page.

The goal was to make the process extremely intuitive, allowing users to develop their own AI avatar in only three steps: First, upload a photograph; second, add a voice; and finally, tailor it to their liking. Just like that, their avatar is prepared for sharing.

Lastly, I designed the DT generator page where all three features suggested by my peers were incorporated, complemented by a neat and straightforward UI.

High-fidelity Prototype
Once my refined layouts were prepared, I prototyped the screens to display it to my friends.
Testing & Conclusion
Upon revealing it to my pals, they experienced immense excitement and joy witnessing their dream AI avatar application materializing, and they found it truly delightful.
In conclusion I just want to say that I had a lot of fun in designing this app from doing research, user survey, analysis to the final prototype.
